Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK using Royal Mail.

You can choose:

  • Standard UK delivery: from £1. Sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail usually aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Faster UK delivery: from £2. Sent using Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays or delays within the postal network. Royal Mail


Delivery Prices

Delivery starts at £1 for Standard and £2 for Faster.

Larger orders cost a little more to post because they require larger packaging and/or a different Royal Mail format. The exact delivery price for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.


The 'Send to Them' Option

If you choose SEND TO THEM, we’ll send one card directly to the recipient.

Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Each SEND TO THEM order can only be sent to one address, so cards going to different recipients need to be placed as separate orders.


The 'Send to Me' Option

If you choose SEND TO ME, we’ll send the card to your own delivery address.

Each card includes a spare envelope so you can write, give or post it yourself.

You can order multiple SEND TO ME cards in the same order. We’ll bundle them together into one shipment and use suitable protective packaging for the size of the order.


Dispatch

Orders are printed and packed by SWALK before being handed to Royal Mail.
The delivery estimates above begin once your order has been dispatched. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation when it leaves us.


Tracking

Standard and Faster delivery do not necessarily include full end-to-end tracking.
If Royal Mail provides a delivery confirmation or tracking reference for your shipment, we’ll include it in your shipping confirmation.

 

Check Your Address

Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact info@swalk.io as soon as possible. We’ll try to help if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we can’t guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has started.

 

Delayed or Missing Orders

Postal delays can occasionally happen.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window, email info@swalk.io with your order number and we’ll look into it.
